Hello, potential Dupee customers!  First, some words about me: For 25 years, I've run a small computer consulting business.  For 24 years, I've managed an increasing number of rental properties that we (my girlfriend and I) have purchased over the years.  So, I know about business, and I know about plumbing.

Now, some words about Dupee Plumbing.  They are not a big company.  In fact, Eric comes out on every job.  (You never know when they may grow in the future, though!)  He is an experienced, master plumber, and is not afraid to tackle any job.  He has done major work for me, including replacing pipes under concrete, that other, larger, companies wouldn't even tackle.  And he has done minor plumbing jobs for me, too, promptly and at reasonable prices.  Although he doesn't have an enormous staff on call, he has been willing to immediately respond to emergencies, no matter when and where.

Based on my experience with many plumbing companies, I know that when you call a large company, the newest hire with the least experience (and hence lowest competency) will be sent out.  It seems to me that Dupee Plumbing sets their prices comparable to the big boys, so I can't say you'll save a bundle by calling Dupee, but, you will get the job done right, at a competitive price, and save yourself a lot of potential grief.
